TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE 


It is a 3-year comprehensive career development program. The development program includes the following training subjects and activities:


  • Routine maintenance works scheduling, monitoring and control
  • Technical works handling, including drafting tender specifications, monitoring and control of the site and field works, testing and commissioning the building facilities
  • Knowledge training for building services system
  • Fault diagnosis and emergency preparedness
  • Technical presentation skill
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for technical works
  • Project management


TECHNICAL MANAGER (Ref: TM/W)


  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience, with 5 years at managerial level, preferably in the field of property repair and maintenance
  • Member of CIBSE or HKIE or equivalent is preferred
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above is preferred
  • Well-versed with relevant ordinances and ISO9001, 14001, H&S implementation
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Presentable, with good communication and leadership skills


Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager.


ENGINEER (Ref: ENGR/W)


  • Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in property and facilities management
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B is preferred
  • Monitor property maintenance, building improvement / renovation works, E&M facilities operation
  • Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently


Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer.


TECHNICAL OFFICER (Ref: TO/W)


  • Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in property and facilities management
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B is preferred
  • Monitor daily repair and maintenance works
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills


Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer.


工程督導 (Ref: TS/W)


  • 具5年有關物業管理工作經驗,而其中3年有實際領導經驗
  • 持有註冊電器工人A牌(持B牌者優先)
  • 須持有有效平安咭


技術員 (Ref: TECH/W)


  • 中三或以上程度
  • 須持有註冊電器工人A牌及有效平安咭
  • 具3年或以上大廈 / 商場水電冷氣保養維修經驗
  • 具裝修及控制電路經驗者優先考慮
