Goodwell Property Management Limited (Goodwell) is pledged to serve with proactive and caring spirit, promote happiness and positive thoughts to our occupant so as to make our community a better place to live. This year, Goodwell is proud to launch the annual flagship event – “Lunch Banquet for Seniors 2019” on 18 December for the fourth consecutive year with a record-breaking success of over 400 elderly occupants invited for an enjoyable afternoon with a series of clown and martial arts shows. The banquet also demonstrates Goodwell’s continual support in social enterprise.

It is a time for celebration of happiness, laughter, love and great food. This year, Goodwell collaborated with Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service – Hong Kong (ELCHK) again and invited cheerful clowns to interact with the participants through acupressure demonstration and variety show. The audience also amused with the martial arts performance by Tat Wong Kung Fu International (HK) and Hong Kong Sports & Health Association and gave rounds of applause. Furthermore, the participants were most devoted in the karaoke session and they were all having their own magical moment in the golden classics. The crowd immersed with the exciting lucky draw session and received a gift bag sponsored by Goodwell, Fortune REIT and Prosperity REIT. All ticket revenue was used for supporting the products of social enterprise of New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association that were given to the participants.

Mr. Wesley Sze, General Manager of Goodwell, was thrilled with the continual success of the event, “In Goodwell, we strive to pursue corporate social responsibility and contribute to our community as much as we can. Goodwell hosted this meaningful event with the aim of promoting core values such as harmony, love and happiness among our occupants and the community, as well as advocating shared value and offering support to the socially disadvantaged by collaborating with social enterprises, creating a better future for the community as a whole”.
