By promoting the occupational safety and health standard in workplace, it is believed that the service quality can be further enhanced in the long run. Goodwell Property Management Limited (Goodwell) is committed to uphold a safety environment through innovation and promotion of safety culture. It also demonstrated our efforts in establishing effective safety and health management throughout all kinds of managed properties.
As a major hub of Ma On Shan, Ma On Shan Plaza had always placed “Safety-First” in their utmost concern in order to provide customers with excellent service and care. All staff was encouraged to be innovative and improve work process and tools under supportive leadership. The Plaza not only advocated the principle of “Happy Staff, Happy Employer” by indoctrinating with “5S” concept and adopting good housekeeping in workplace, it also provided a refreshing zone equipped with wide variety of health equipment and entertainment to cheer up our staff. The outstanding performance was highly recognized and Ma On Shan Plaza becomes a role model within the industry.
To effectively reduce the risk of work injury in swimming pool, the management team of The Paramount was inspired to invent a remote-control system within the Jacuzzi, which highly enhanced the work efficiency and obtained recognition from the owners. Besides, with the aim of achieving “Zero Accidents at the Estate”, while carrying out the decoration and maintenance work, Laguna Verde strived to instill the knowledge and raise the awareness of the occupants and the related contractors as well by implementing additional safety measures.
"The 7th Best Property Safety Management Award" was co-organized by Occupational Safety & Health Council (OSHC), Labour Department, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies. This year, the award ceremony was launched on 15 January 2020 with the aim of raising the standard of occupational safety and promoting the awareness of well-being among the property management industry, at the same time creating a safety culture.
