mission of providing quality management services through proactive and caring
spirit to our occupants, we believed that corporate
volunteering served very similar purposes and therefore highly encouraged our
colleagues to help those in need by integrating the same core value into their
work and daily life”, applauded by Mr. Ricky Kwok, the Deputy General

Established since 1997, the “Goodwell Volunteer
Team” had continuously mobilized both our staff and occupants to take part in
community service with different charity organisations, such as Hong Chi
Association, Tung Wah Hospitals Group, St. James’ Settlement and New Life
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, etc. The
participating volunteers expressed their heartfelt satisfaction after joining
the “Flag Selling Day” organized by New
Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association last year, “By taking part in the volunteer work, it truly
made our day a very meaningful one.” With its devotion in volunteerism, Goodwell
was managed to achieve over 10,000 accumulated service hours and earn the prestigious award of “10 Years Plus Caring Company” Logo, while the 13 of its managed properties were also recognized with the “5 Years Plus Caring Company” Logo this year.
In the coming future,
Goodwell will continue to exalt the caring spirit by collaborating with more
NGOs and organizing an array of charitable events, for example, elderly visits,
fundraising activities, neighborhood support projects, community day, and many
more. Our commitment in CSR not only helped promote the work-life balance, but
also benefited the society as a whole in the long run.
